that's like asking how much money do you have in your pocket its kinda a trade seceret never have nor never will it be broad cast on any sight looooool

Got 9 around house under the old Pine Trees and old Apple Tree.

Had a big feed last night. Found them in a spot that was once an old dead elm tree

To those that are finding, how far south are you?? Ingersoll area none? Soon I hope or undergrowth will be to deep?

Got 17 so far mostly in sandy areas

Checked yesterday as well, only found a few small pheasantback mushrooms starting to form

I had a good weekend....got 8 morels, a small bag of fiddleheads and a big bag of wild asparagus...mix that with the wild turkey i got and you got a great Norfolk County spring feed!

Sorry to hear you lost a friend over something like poison mushrooms.
One type of mushroom, Amanita virosa, is so dangerous that it is called "the death angel".
