Fishing Report Misty river is back!

My son and I went looking for those mysterious yellow bellies this morning
Well , we found them
Got 86 before we ran out of minnows
And 1 nice walleye
48 fow , east of the Sandhills
15 pounds of filets

Boy I'm glad you're back and found'em. Gives the rest of us hope LOL. I had the first real good day I've had this year off the pier yesterday, (so I'm goin back tomorrow lol)

East of Sandhills in 48FOW, would that be roughly in the same area you took me out to a couple years ago?

Close , i have a few spots from clear creek to well past Hastings . This spot was where we did well the same time last year

Indeed you are back! What amazes me is how fat those perch are. They look like the egg-filled hogs caught on Simcoe in the winter but I know they’re gorged on gobies because I’ve cleaned them myself!
