Thanks for that info, Realtor Ray. In my many years of experience buying minnows from your old man, I've learned that he can't count very well -- it's a lot closer to $1./dozen. 
And thanks for the laughs yesterday afternoon too Ray. We were the guys in the "way too clean" green Springbock. Buddy Jay finally did find his sandals that you hid in the back of his truck as we were pulling out. See ya next time!
