Greetings everybody...I have a small question for those who know a thing about smaller, newer mercury outboards? I recently bought a 25 horse merc sea pro..I have absolutley no issues with this except; now I this might be in my head but it seems to "whine" at low rpms... and when gas is applied the motor sounds like its working harder for the speed that it actually giving me.Does this sound normal for break in???8D
