Longpoint Dockage, Water depths?

My family and I have rented a cottage at Longpoint for two weeks in July. I have a 25ft. Sports Fisherman I/O I would like to bring a couple of weeks ahead of time and rent dockage for about 6-8 weeks. I am not familiar with water depths for the inner bay as I have been 100% outer bay fisherman. I hear reports about "Old Cut" etc. Is the water deep enough for my boat? Any suggestions and/or recommendations to whom I should contact? We are looking forward to the different fishing opportunities the Inner Bay will Provide.
 
You can try Pat Ferris 519 586 3155 she has docks and boathouse rentals and she does weekly rentals out of Old Cut.
