Noticed in finsnfeathers report Bruce Aug 5th forth pickeral on right side is missing two lower fins.I also have caught these fish this year,looks about same year also.The fins are neatly removed,would this fish be clipped to pass through gill nets or to mark them as stocked. I think they may pass through with the fins missing.If they are stocked who is doing it.
