October 3,2016 hit some jumbo Perch straight out from Port Rowan in 7ft of water. Straight out from the old cut.

Fish 20 to 30 feet of water near a shoal or close to shore, the Bass may be there. Nanticoke Shoal is a good start.

I agree, not in the Bay. Port Dover and east of Dover. You can use a tinny, we fished here in a 12 foot Sears car topper.
