You're over by the 3M building somewhere right? That's NOT that far from me. Maybe one day we can get together and I'll teach ya how to "flip" whatever ya got in the pan without making that mess. I don't use a spatula to flip eggs anymore. Haven't for ....well....if you ask my kids, dinosaurs a little younger than me were still roaming the earth
