How I spent my Thanksgiving(image added)

Day started at 7 am and the cooking began then. Very excited to try and smoke a turkey on my new grill. It took a total of 9 hours and was absolutley woth every minute of. No oven can match the quality of the finish product. Smoking also gives one time to sit and think and drink a nice pumpkin beer. Check the bird then repeat. Makes for a very relaxing day. Number one will love you for it too. OOOPS[B)]better throw in something about fishing too>> I really look forward to smoking a nice rainbow or salmon on it next year.

Guys gotta tell you if you ever buy a smoker(and I know all you guys want one)Pick up a Treager they are awsome.
