Hortys lake report

5:15 sat morning,tugs r heading out -deep to the SW of port between stanley an bruce (off shore guys watch for nets)18c an wind is a slight breeze out of the NE-lake looks good-HAVE A GREAT DAY OUT THERE
 
7:40 am lake is flat-nice little breeze out of the SE-see-ya out there,still lots of fish to be had:)
 
WELL GUYS .the pumphouse is heating up, some good fish being taken,east wind is picking up 15k plus so be careful out there
 
Another lovely Monday morning-lake is flat,flat,flat,perch r hitting well at the pump(no minnows at Mollies) going to be a hot day enjoy all:) well!!!-only cleaned 16-was a slow day an very HOTTTT-had to use mostly salties---nothing live to be had anywhere???
 
:)WED.morn-6:23am-lake is flatt,a heat-haze is covering,but is starting to lift,going to be another good day out there:)
 
WELL GUYS-5pm Friday night,wind is still blowing HARD-6footers hitting the beach,mud line moved out to about a mile off-shore,make sure to check in am before you head out-be careful out there---kudo,s to APP,S-grt job on the rescue the other day:)

I went out at 12:30 and the lake was getting better by the minute. Lost a real big King at the back of the boat and lost track of how many bows were caught, put back and given away.
 
I,AM BACK-took a few days off;)-lake is in good shape this morning(FRIDAY)-6:30 AM-nice little breeze out of the-NORTH-about 5-10klm,sites say se15 an swinging to s 15k later today.East wind last few days has brought some nice green water in,should be a great wkend:)The tall ships r here,1 in the harbor an 1 anchored out be pump st. probably getting lunch:DHAVE A GRT WKEND ALL:cool:

East end of the lake is blowing up here at Nanticoke 4AM Saturday, strong wind warnings from Environment Canada. Calling for 1 to 2 meter waves by this afternoon.
