Love wings on the bbq. Has anyone tried them on a smoker was thinking this weekend I would give it a go. Any tips would be great.

I do wings on the smoker all the time while doing ribs. I do them at the same temp so they take longer if you were doing them at 350.

Really, who doesn't love chicken wings ? I just can't stomach the price of them anymore and so switched over to drumsticks. At least you get some meat on them for your dollar.

I load up on wings when they are on sale. Same as any other meats when on sale
There is a reason I have a upright freezer and two fridges with freezers

Yeah, we love wings but at $5.99 a lb right now, I'd rather buy some brisket....

Uniqpol in Brantford has them on sale this week for $3.49/lb and they are usually the best quality/size you can find.

Just don't go there at lunch time, its a zoo...
