Spotted this on the Safety Notices Broadcast this morning
C974/18 - LAKE ERIE - Chart 2110 - Issued on 2018-05-24
SUBMERGED CONCRETE CULVERT REPORTED APPROXIMATELY 15 CENTIMETRES BELOW THE WATER SURFACE 200 METRES OFF THE LONG POINT PROVINCIAL PARK BOAT LAUNCH. HAZARD IS MARKED WITH A WHITE BUOY.

How does a concrete culvert appear in the water!? It sure didn't float there!
 
Wonder if the Park maybe had channel markers or lights leading to the ramp at one time? Poles stuck into upright culverts? Pretty ugly hazard. Wouldn't think it would be from the Unit.
