I know lots of you mothers out there like smoked brisket. As a Mother’s Day treat, I got up early and put one on the pellet grill. @Mrs. Stomp separated the point from the flat and it came off in 4 pieces. I am tracking the cook of the biggest point chunk with my Meater probe.
Once the point pieces each hit 170, they will go into burnt ends production.
