Found some lamb lion chops with the 30% tattoo. Love lamb, hate the price most of the time. But all over a discount
Marinade for 4 hours in chopped garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and chili garlic sauce.
Served with Arborio rice risotto in garlic infused oil with basil leaves ( I freeze them whole in the fall - works great for maintaining that fresh basil flavour)
A few flame fired moments, and delectable on the plate....
