The guy in the car must have been more booze then blood eh tryi g to start the car underwater thank god those guys were able to revive him and keep him out of the water buddy never would made it other wise

Great to see someone taking action to do something. So many times folks just get frozen in fear. Cheers to the guy that jumped in! Earned a medal for sure! Let's hope he receives one.
