Haldimand Norfolk Cottage Use Ban

I'm thinking they are there for the day to day issues not an emergency such as a pandemic that's when the CMO has the power to issue bans and closure etc. as per the provincial government Emergency Act. Also note they (Queens Park) are deciding today to extend that Act until June 12th. I'm sure some guys on here will have a melt down or implode or throw themselves on the floor screaming No , NO , NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!
