On the Grand by 6am, ready for walleye opener. Sunrise was beautiful as well as temperatures...was so glad to be out again. 😎 We ended up with 2 walleye and a bunch of sheep head. Walleye were caught by my 9 yr old grandson, and I didn't even mind getting out fished by him.🎣🎣
End the day with a visit to the open house at Grand River Tackle, and bought some Cotton Cordell lures for my tackle box.
 
My grand river trip was a nightmare. Launched out of Onadega and the winds were brutal. Not fun in the kayaks.

Congrats to your grandson on the two walleye.
