Heading to glascow now for first Erie trip of the year

Any info or starting point would be appreciated

11 / 12 so far 2 throw backs
Started 55 fow went to 100 turned around to troll with waves

Dipsy 3 back 85 wonderbread 3/4 fish
Dipsy 3 back 55 and 65 back blueberry /chart back spoon 2 fish

5 colour lead with my mystery lure I was looking for 2 make that 3 now

20' deep taildancer blueish on board 100 back got 2

So lines went in around 6 :45 and out at 8:45

Started in 55 fow and went out to 60 and turned around with the waves ......we went slightly east of port as there was 10 to 15 boats to the west

Was 1.5 ' - 2' waves at start but layer down

Fish were up high 15 ' and down ...marked allot of fish and bait

Dipsy 85 back with moonshine wonderbread took the most
Planner board with taildancer 100 back and 5 colour leadcore with cotton cordell body bait tied for second

Dipsy 65 back with chartreuse backed blueberry muffin got 3
 
What's the purpose of the bead on the line in front of the taildancer? Guessing something to do with the board sliding down to the lure on retrieval?
