seen this in woodstock called cops and animal control I followed it around for 20 min waiting in them had the 17hmr with me but dident dare do that in town

he's been around the area all winter, close to kids in mornings going to school ect. police and city don't seem to care.

it went down beards lane twords 401 then out in behind the restore when it got out behind there in that little feild I was so tempted it's in nasty shape

He's pretty hurtin' looking!! Can't believe the cops or animal control hasn't done anything about this if it's been seen regularly! Especially since down the road in London these yotes are public enemy #1 lol

My son and daughter inlaw have seen it for about the last 4 months, I guess it hasn't gotten cold enough to kill it yet
