The warden and I froze 60 cobs of corn for use over the winter...

FINALLY it was time for some Sheppard's pie...

It's a bit of work but beats the hell out of any corn you can buy...

not that we have room anywhere for 60 cobs...... what prep is required to freeze corn? In the husk?par boiled?

inquiring minds need to know...
