Colchester Perch

[big rod]

Fished solo on Sat,1 rod, caught 40 perch and tossed about 40 back.Fished two spots near the mile marker.Got blown off the lake by a east wind in 4.5hrs of fishing.Last weekend there were 4 boats out ,this weekend there were about twenty.

Went to Holiday Beach for the Festival of Hawks on Friday.We saw 6000 Broadband Hawks in 1 hour,between 3 and 4pm and about a dozen Bald Eagles ,6 Ospreys and a bunch of other hawks.On Thursday they counted 10,000 Broadband Hawks.

They had a bunch of other birds on display,most had been hit by cars,shot at,orphaned.

Good looking pics of the hawks etc BR 8D---those numbers you saw would be impressive for sure.

Good job on the perch as well----I'm NOT going to say anything about the other thing tho
