On sale at zehrs. So we loaded up.
The side ribs were amazing for dinner tonight. Did them hot and fast at 300°f with some apple and pecan wood on the kamado. Mustard binder with a pulled pork style rub heavy on the paprika. Hit them with some peri peri sauce at 2 hrs in. Then a glaze of sweet baby rays cut with some apple cider vinegar 10 mins before they came off. Just shy of 3 hrs and the wife says they're best she's ever had... I'll take it.
