Asparagus and the beef tenderloin on the Weber Kettle. Still love me some charcoal cooking. :giggle:

Seasoned meat with Montreal steak Spice, Asparagus with Olive oil, salt and pepper.

Your tenderloin looks cooked to perfection! You even made sweet potatoes look so good that @stomp would eat them!

@Mrs. Stomp the secret to dynamite sweet potatoes IMHO is to "overcook" them.

Bake/BBQ/Smoke/Roast (I don't boil) them beyond tender to soft.

In my opinion, it brings out their sugars in a delicious way. A little butter/marg, salt and pepper, done. 🌻
