Finally got out fishing on Dave the lawn guys boat with his son saturday am early..we had a couple issues we had to overcome and then on the fish early..we ended up with 8 pics releasing a couple big ones..sure had to fine tune our setup to get um going for a couple doubles at 9:30 to 10:30 on a light WSW was are best bites..and loosing a couple big ones as well..we had another big one..and then break my leader on my micro leadcore straight back and took Daves lure..
and another reminder of mine was Erieau tug made a spectacular performance off Glasgow over inshore waters as well.. I could hear his engine revs starting to bring in another heavy net..when I do run into this tug it is Clearville & west..anyway beware of the gill nets out there...,..ya we stuck to are game plan and headed and fished west for nice marine conditions..
suprised not seeing more sport fishing boats on a mixed bag of year classes..ya buddy infront of us pulling out.. they kept all big fish...anything 4lbs and under goes back..hey I got my fill eating.. fresh 2 nights in a row and a snack size as well....Dave & his boy ate all theres Saturday when they got home..
