Wind looked good in the afternoon on Sunday so it was time to head to Burwell. Always busy launching in the afternoon and it was a slower ride out. For the past month we have been fishing 58-61 feet of water, so we slow down in that area this time and no fish. Made our way out to 62 feet and the screen was full. Trolled south to 65.5 feet and had our limit. Deepest we have fished guessing 14-15 miles offshore? No need to run lead, Dipsy's with bloody death and Nascar were best. Lots a few fish at the back of the boat trying to bass pro all the eyes in so we didn't use the net. Most fish I've seen so far this year.
