Burwell perch

Went out of Port Burwell today. Fourty feet of water was the ticket. Just out of Port and to the east maybe 1/2 mile at the most. Sixty three was the final count. Don't know how to upload pictures but ended up with about 8 lbs of fillets

Nice to see them close. Passed the big pack on the way out trolling, should've went for perch!

Agreed on that one quackers. Glad the minnow dunkers got some. They are eating better than I am tonight.

We went out to the pack around noon after the bite slowed for us. They were in about 52 foot plus depth. Not sure how they did but we only managed about 6 out there. The rest were caught in the 40 foot range. Also cut the minnows in half. seemed to work well for us as the minnows were pretty big. No minnows at Big otter when we got there around 08:00 but Bradfields had some. Big minnows. decent size scoops. All in all a good day.
