Took my uncle for walleye fishing first time. Set up at 730am in 48' east of boat back heading south till 56', slooow start. only 3 in the box by 10am, lots of farm animals. we were pretty much circling the boat pack. things changed when we got west side. plenty on fish especially by the nets, we found best fishing in 54 down 20-25'. two dipseys 55-65 out on #3 with RRF gold/black and silve/black, one 5 color with nascar and one rigger with nascar. lost one steelhead at boat on RRF. funny thing, when counting fish at the end we got a triple header. good thing we counted the fish, 2 man limit at 12. constable was waiting for us at the dock.
