Burwell eyes.

I was off on holidays last week so I stayed at port Burwell and fished every day. We ate fish almost every day. The walleye fishing has been fantastic. Straight south of port from 53 fow and deeper. We even managed a few rainbows. Spoons working good but everyone is telling me that body baits are producing too. Captain Blastr

NIce! We have only managed to catch one rainbow so far this year. the rest have been mostly eyes with a couple silvers and a few farm animals in the mix.

Interesting that the rainbow caught more than my eye.

Only 2 so far this year but recent pictures and posts and what I saw on the water Sunday give me hope.
