Heading down for an afternoon/evening fish out of Burwell. Will be running dispies and lead core. Any general FOW that has been working lately would be appreciated! Thanks and good luck to all today.

Dipsys on #3 setting 150ft back worked well for us on Sunday. Purple spoons, and RRF on a 7 colour lead

Bandits flatlined 140 out are out producing lead core 2 to 1 today in 58 to 60 ft of water. You don't need your baits too deep that's for sure. All the big fish came on Bandits today. Any color worked as long as it was purple

Agreed about water depth- Sunday we wasted time in unproductive waters 55 feet deep, but the fishing turned on by 60-61 feet.

Also agree with G Mech, they were shallower than you might expect, marking and catching fish 25-35 feet down. We had good luck on deep diving cranks + 2 or 3 colours of lead. A regular spinning rod with thin braid would have been just as good, the lead wasn't needed. The dispy only took 1 fish for us (a nice one!) , but we were 80 - 90 feet back on #3 setting and trying a new bait... sounds like others went deeper.

The week before the hot ticket for us was the downrigger at 41' 🤷‍♂️ ... so adjust as you see it on your screen and better, what is catching fish!

59-60 was and has been our sweet spot.Has anybody caught catfish out there. We had huge one on Sunday, felt like I was reeling in a car battery.

Was off the water bye 11:00am with a 3 person limit. 58 to 60 feet of water.
Dipsys were 100 feet back on 3 and 70 feet back on zero.

Great day on the water we ended up with almost 2 man limit of nice fish with some small throw backs. Fished around 60 FOW with no sheep or silvers. 30ft purple tail dancer was good on leadcore and a purple Williams wobbler was the hottest on dispies 100 ft back on a #1 dipsy on #3 setting. Pink panties and Nascar were also ok. Are most people using a 0 or 1 size of dipsy? Thanks to all.

We trolled out to 61-62 fow, we have the #1 size dipsy, out 100-120 feet out worked. But the bigger fish came off 140 feet out. We had them staggered to cover 35-45 feet down. Once we got a couple fish off the same rod we moved another one to that depth, then changed bait on the rod that’s not catching. Found the greasy chicken out fished the rest for us.
Trolled our way in, on the way back I put out a led core 6 colors out with a tail dancer 11 pink, purple and hooked up with the two biggest fish.
Didn’t want to be cleaning fish till midnight so we packed it in at 5:30. 9/12 for the two of us. Bite must have slowed from the morning. When we were launching at 11:30 lots of guys coming in.

We had a nice hit on a dispey and then nothing. Braid sheared right off losing dipsey and lure. It is new braid and was a clean cut through the line. Not sure what we had on. Thoughts?

Rainbow, Coho, or sadly to say a 💩head.

All three can hit incredibly hard and test your gear.

I run a very light drag until hookup so normally a hard hit won't blow up the gear. 🌻

Started fishing 6:00pm in 60' straight out from port. 1.5hrs 3 man limit with a few small throw backs. 2 Dipsy's on 3 setting running 70' and 80' and 1 setting at 50'. Steady action. RRF in blue/silver was the best at the start and orange/gold finished strong. Nothing huge but nice eating size.
