Hi guys! Moved to burwell this year and was wondering if someone could help out with info on a butcher for deer. One who does Great summer sausage and pepperettes as well as your uasual cuts of meat. I usually take mine to bruabockers in elora but that a good drive now. Thanks in advance! Good luck to all and have a safe season!

Have my deer done at Carrier's on North Road close to Burwell . He does a great sausage as well - I usually get Italian half of them mild the other half hot - delicious ! I believe they are in the phone book but I could pm you info if you can't find it in the phone book .
