Not usually, a launch from the Park ramp or Howey Ave is included with blind rental. You do have to pay if you use the private ramp on Big Creek. If you launch in the west end at either of the Marinas they, of course, would have the right to charge you but typically there is no one there and they don't after Thanksgiving weekend.
