I replaced my carpet with vinyl and I really like the washdown feature. It is not slippery, even at my age

I did mine. The process is pretty simple. The vinyl isn’t cheap though. I found mine on Kijiji for a decent price. I replaced the plywood while I was at it. Use exterior plywood and use your old boards for templates. I sealed my plywood with Killz primer then applied the adhesive that you apply with a notch trowel. Nice looking Springbok. I have the same boat and put in the same coloured vinyl. Nice job.

Good timing on this post for me.
I'm in the middle of tearing my new (to me) boat apart to replace the floor.
I'm replacing the main floor with flat stock aluminum covered with vinyl.
Will never have to worry about a rotten floor again.
I plan to order my vinyl from JB's in barrie.
