You can certainly see the difference in in the meat @Ozzy111. I don't think that's something I'll do for my own table fare as I don't think our two palates would appreciate it enough. 🌻

You never know till you try it.It's a richer beef taste but so much more tender.
 
What’s your dry ager system!?! Got a pic of that??? That I would love to see if it’s for home use! I’m thinking of building one again!

And that is how you take a cheap steak and turn it into something really expensive. LoL ! Needless to say it also depends on the quality of the animal , how it was fed/raised will help give it that lovely marbling of fat to meat ratio. Well worth the effort !
