2 mile Lake Outpost

Hi everyone haven't been on for a long time but thought I would share my trip to 2 mile lake last summer. Was a awesome time. When we got there the owner told us fishing was slow but 3 of us out were easily getting 5 walleye each a hour and probably for every 3 walleye caught there was a pike thrown in. Area had some cuts hidden that also held surprisingly alot of 10-13" perch. In the one pic of something in water it was a black bear swimming by lol. If you haven't fished the Nakina region I highly recommend it

Were the boats in good shape, our last time up boats were not up to par for us.

Where we were boats 2 of the 3 motors had issues with but once we figured that out and the boat we liked best we put them together and had no problems. Trail to camp was crazy with rocks all over it but was still worth it

I havnt gone up that far for fishing

I make several trips a year to Cochrane area and the odd trip to Chaplau and Foleyet over the years

Nice cottages , good maintained boats and also will set you up with smaller boats / trailers for fish back packs....lots of easy access lakes off logging roads in that area ( I havnt spend much time fishing ( mostly bear / grouse hunting)
But will be spending a few days in may there before heading to Cochrane
