Peppers, the warming kind.

And therefore poppers.

Filling is three cheese mix with crumbled bacon.

Jalapenos from T-burg farm stand, the little tiny red ones I grabbed from my son's greenhouse earlier in the week

Made up 50 / 50 red pepper rings and without.

Cooked in the air fryer until they look good.

Daughter says they're too hot for her,

The Neighbour liked them and asked for the recipe.

I told him this isn't Gourmet chef food :

Cream cheese, shredded old white cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon mixed.

Thin strip of cheddar for accent and 3 red pepper rings along the length.

Into the preheated airfryer at 400* until they look good.

Yum 🌻

Love poppers, and peppers.. None of our jalapeños plants turned out this year, but the bell peppers have done great.

Yummmmm. If any one needs some hot peppers I have way more than I'll ever use. Jalepeno, which I leave until red and my wife makes Cowboy Pickles. Chilies by the hundred that we dry and wife makes hot pepper jelly from fresh.
Also and new this year are 8 plants of Habanero and 6 plants of Carolina Reaper which are loaded but take much longer to mature.

Here is what the Reaper looks like.

This is the pepper that was sliced on top of the poppers, cherry tomato for size comparison.

No clue what kind it is. 🌻

Not sure either, it's not a chili for sure. They are creating new and hotter variety's every year.
Google "hot pepper challenge" if you want to see some of the burn and pain involved.

Looks REALLY good. Unfortunately, while I love them and spicy food in general, spicy foods no longer loves me

Reaper, aka devils scrotum lol
Mine are quite green yet but lots on the plants if any one wants a few.
This green one fell off yesterday and the rest likely need another month
Green one is an immature Carolina Reaper
Orange is ripe Yucatan Habanero
Red and greens are chili
