Looking to cast for fall walleyes from shore. Coming from London, any suggestions? Don't want anyone's secret spot, just general advice as to where and when others have done well.

@chesapeakeman the thames river is 273 kilometres long, and therefore there are a lot of places to fish. There are residential walleye’s around,so anytime is good to start fishing for walleye’s like in the Fall for sure. You might even get lucky and catch a trout while you are casting a jig and twister tail from shore.Part of fishing for me at least anyways is to drive to different area’s on the thames river,(or any river in that matter),and then hike and try different fishing spot’s along on the thames river till I find a spot. I love the challenge by trying different spot’s on the thames river, etc. Good luck & Tight lines & walleye’s ON!!
