Smoked Leg of Lamb Bone in

Smoked and deboned it yesterday after cooking, nice mix of rare to medium well, supper tonight.

Rubbed, smoked and then roasted/seared to crust it.

Sides, carrots with dill, peas and oven roasted parmesan potatoes.

Leftovers, lamb and potatoes, so much to look forward to.

Treager with Apple pellets @stomp .

220* super smoke to 110-115 internal, up to 400* to finish outside and desired internal temperature.

Turned out really moist with a spicy crust.

The Wife said it was the best lamb yet, I fully agree. The rub was a little spicy for her, right up my alley.

Made a whole sheet of the spuds to have much leftovers.

The original meal is always good, but I look forward to this dish of leftovers etc, as it never disappoints.
