My mother used to make a simple version of this in a single electric frying pan when I was a kid, It has evolved significantly since I took it over here at my house, LOL
Ingredients
Sorry, I don't measure, everything is eyeballed.
Started with 18 drumsticks, added enough potatoes and carrots to make sense. The Mrs Dash and Dill is added to taste as is salt and pepper.
Some of the Dill comes off the carrots during the cook and flavours the sauce.
Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks (this time)
Potatoes peeled and quartered
Carrots peeled and cross sliced
Mushrooms sliced (1 package)
Mushroom Soup mixed with milk (3 cans this time)
Garlic crushed (1/2 teaspoon)
Taylor's One Step ( I put this on everything)
Dill Weed (some good solid shakes)
Mrs Dash (a few shakes)
Canola Oil
Olive Oil
