I love chickpeas just plain thrown on a salad, added to curries or pureed into hummus. Never tried them with vinegar - but I gotta now.Anyone else like Chic Peas and vinegar as a side, or is that weird?

Sounds like a pretty involved and tasty salad, not a simple side.Just vinegar? Not sure about that...
But as a sort of greek-style salad with cucumber, tomatoes, maybe some peppers, olives, parsley, oregano... Tossed with an olive oil vinaigrette (+ garlic)... Definite yes.
