Short ribs $7.88/lb and briskets $4.99/lb at Metro starting today. Got them to wrap me a four rib piece whole so I can try it on the smoker. Will report back after the cook.
Thanks for the heads up on the brisket. I’ll have to grab a big one, I have 20lbs of ground venison in the freezer that needs some beef fat added and one more run through the grinder. I have 7lbs of the short ribs marinating in the fridge for tomorrows dinner!
