The Ruffed Grouse Society North Shore Chapter in Tillsonburg is conducting a survey and asks turkey hunters to report any flushed or dumming Ruffed Grouse they may encounter while turkey hunting this spring. They ask that you forward info to rgsnorthshorechapter@gmail.com

They must be doing good work because we've started to spot some in my area. Always a solitary bird never a bunch but at least they are making a comeback. Use to have lots of them years ago. Will send an Email right away.
