Rib Rubs

Ok, so Q season is in full swing - been seeing all kinds of awesome ribs on here - anyone want to share their dry rubs? I am always looking for new tastes. My go to so far has been making modifications to the Kansas City Rub: I use less sugar and add spices depending on the flavors I want to highlight.

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup paprika
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

I also like Cool Rubbings Cajun as an alternative to the paprika, garlic and onion powder -
