Ribs with a modified @hvhaul rub, and sauces applied on the grill. Zinger hot sauce for me and Camp 31 for th Mrs. Mexican q-d corn for side .
Damn q time is a fine time.

Thanks. Nice rub. I added a bit if creole sensations, with some thyme, bay, mustard powder. The BBQ sauce tops it off. A hot chili garlic sauce added to your fav q sauce keeps the tongue tingling without breaking out a sweat.
