Peach of a day. Albert and John (Canvasback) joined me to jig and swim-bait fish for Pike at Bluff Bar this morning. We fished from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm landing about 25. Albert caught the most fishing only jigs. John and myself were well behind. I used both systems and John stuck with swim-baits which attracted bites but hooking the fish was much harder. Typical size today was close to 4 pounds with nothing much over 5. Surface water temperature was 49 to 50 F. No volunteers for pictures. I guess nobody wants to go public with average sized fish.
