Overnight Brisket Cook…

After a couple of hours in the foil, thermometer going in really easy. Resting on the counter for a half hour and then into the cooler for a couple of more hours.
 
I am going to guess here.

Yorkshire pudding and gravy, Bok Choi, mashed potatoes and gravy, pickled onions.

The Brisket, maybe you are getting better at your approach and process so luck isn't in as high demand as before @stomp. :)
