I noticed my scale leaning towards 270 yesterday... :eek: Maybe time to lighten up meals and portions... lol

Grilled asparagus with 2 eggs and a hearty bowl of nanny's homemade split pea soup...

When I started eating more eggs and more food in general but the main difference was eggs for breakfast every morning.
I went from 140lbs- 180lbs within a few months. I sit closer to 200lbs now a days
I like to eat and I don’t like to feel hungry hahahaha
No regrets
