No Hydro Wings

That brief but violent storm knocked out our hydro and it's still out.

We were undamaged, others not too far from us, very unfortunate.

Wings were thawed so;

Dusted with Taylor's One Step

Baked on BBQ top grate indirect heat

Onto the grate for grilling and saucing

Buffalo for me honey garlic for The Wife

Cesar salad side, turned out pretty good.

Candles and flashlights have been moved to appropriate locations.

It's a powder @spincast , I've used it on a lot of different meats. Always turns out good.

I acquired a laaaarrrrrrrrge bag of the stuff and vacsealed and then froze usable bags for kitchen use.

We got our power back at 22:51 and were incredibly fortunate, these were sent to me by a friend.
