went out this morning with some old friends and set up around 615, nice roll out off the stacks hit 10 fish in 3 hours and then called it a day. as the west wind got up and 1 guy had a bad back back to the dock for 10. all in the top 25 ftw . doesn't look bad out there on the way back in but there were the occasional 4 footer .

Thanks for the report bud.
Nice work for couple-3 hours.
What lures and speeds worked best?
Might try them tomorrow.

Cheers,
Ice Fisherman

Cheers,
Ice Fisherman
Was out there today @icefisherman and saw a bunch caught in the 50-60 range. 8 colour worked on our boat but we didn't have a big spread of lines out and have limited success. Lots of boats just past the elbow gas well.

Only 1 today SW of Nanticoke Shoal by Featherstone Ted, Richard got 3. That shoal is also known as 5 mile reef to the locals. @chefboyardee got them all yesterday. 10 in 180 minutes that 1 every 18 minutes, that's as busy as a 1 armed wallpaper hanger. Way to go Rocky.

So if you hear of 5 mile and you aren't familiar as to where it is, now you know. It's 5 miles from Nanticoke harbour. Who'd a thunk.
