fished from 6-930 this morning, great 2 ft chop out there perfect eye weather . landed 1 rainbow 8 lbs and 1 small eye, lost one more at the boat.

copper dipsys back 120 on 3 with copper ripplin redfifin and the eye came on a harness same dipsy in 60-70 ftw

then the engine let go and trolled back in with the kicker figures the dam fish are hitting and i got engine probs , was on my own so didnt want to risk it .

Bummer on the motor...............perch were on!

Chef, good fishing report from nanicoke but sorry to hear about the motor not working. It happened to me last year at hastings and trolled back with my kicker 18 miles!! I won't go on the lake now without a "Good" functioning kicker motor.

Big Dave you said the "perch were on today", was the size bigger than last friday or was it just a steady bite????
