Minnows at burwell.

Any problem getting minnows at burwell. Hate make the trip down and find out there's no minnows.

They had some on Sunday but the people that bought them were claiming they were pond minowws and crap. Not sure what that means but good luck!

I'm taking 4 of our local volenteer firefighters out of burwell for some perchin and would hate to disappoint and have no bait.

I say this with humour intended.... ever catch a fish with an empty hook? There are many legal minnows you can use. Some are more common then others and easier and more of to catch at certain times of the year, and yet some are easier to keep alive longer then others .

If there not emerald people assume all others are pond minnows, myself as a commercial harvester and sport fisherman I would take golden minnows first any day of the year ,but they are hard to find ,but will live for weeks in your pail and catch as many fish if not more
